 ABOUT SABOTAGE

Performance begins long before the stopwatch reveals the result.

BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE.

Sabotage Racing began with questions formed through more than a decade of competition.

Why does a driver make one decision in practice and another under pressure? Why can trying harder make someone slower? And why do the quickest laps sometimes feel the least dramatic?

Most motorsport content focuses on technique, equipment and setup. Sabotage explores the unseen layer beneath them—the decisions, habits and mental patterns that shape performance before the result appears on the stopwatch.

THE PERSON BEHIND SABOTAGE.

George Stratford
Founder and Creative Director

George spent more than ten years competing at a high level in UK karting, sharing the circuit with drivers who would progress to the highest levels of international motorsport.

That experience created a first-hand understanding of pressure, consistency and the subconscious decisions made at speed. It also revealed an area of performance that was rarely being discussed: what happens inside the drivers head.

Combined with professional experience in broadcast production and visual storytelling, that perspective became Sabotage Racing—a platform built to examine motorsport with the depth and production value the subject deserves.

MORE THAN A CHANNEL.

Sabotage is developing into a wider performance platform supported by filmmakers, designers, researchers and a growing motorsport community.

Through original films, live discussions, specialist collaborations and the developing Sabotage Academy, the aim is to create a deeper way of understanding performance—on the simulator and on the circuit.
